Project Discovery:
We aim to understand your project goals, requirements, and expectations. We're keen to learn about your business, its objectives, and any challenges you may be facing. Following our discovery call, we'll provide you with a project timeline and quote. Upon confirmation of the proposal and receipt of your 50% deposit, we can schedule a start date for your project.
Brand Strategy:
We begin by outlining the project's objectives, scope, and overall strategy, which includes defining deliverables and milestones. This strategic foundation includes a thorough examination of your brand positioning, target audience, and market analysis, guiding our creative direction. Subsequently, we present initial creative concepts and moodboards rooted in this strategy.
Design Creation:
Following your input on the creative direction, we'll develop the design and present the brand identity, providing insights into each creative choice.
Client Collaboration:
Throughout the project, we'll maintain open communication with regular updates and discussions to review design progress. You'll have the chance to review the brand identity presentation and share any feedback, allowing us to make any necessary revisions and further develop the visuals to your satisfaction.
Presentation:
We will share the final design with you for approval and discuss any remaining adjustments or revisions as needed.
Project Closure:
As we conclude all project-related tasks, including file organization, your new brand identity is now ready to launch! We'll supply you with the final files and assets, along with a comprehensive brand guidelines document.

What payment methods do you accept?
Typically a 50% deposit is needed to reserve your place and confirm a project, with the remaining 50% due before the final file delivery date. Please ensure payment is made through Bank Transfer using the information supplied on the invoice.
Are there any additional fees or expenses?
Outside of our services you will be required to purchase the following if applicable for your project: - Font Licenses - Copywriting - Printing Fees - Brand Photography and Image Sourcing - Additional rounds of revision (1-3 rounds included depending on each tier) - Canva Pro Membership (in-order to share templates) - Website subscriptions (for web design projects)

We also offer a rush fee option for expedited resolutions, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality. Do you offer just a logo?
